Thank you for a really good stay. Peaceful hotel overall, is has excellant service and unbeatable location so in addition to main tourist places. All the rooms are well furnished where view is better and the staff is caring. It has a lot of meals to offer, the food is good: D

The hotel staff were consistently courteous and provided helpful recommendations. the location is very close to the valley of Munnar, offering beautiful views of the valley, Attukad waterfalls, and the surrounding mountains and lakes.

The location was incredible and absolutely perfect, close enough to Attukad waterfalls. My room was fashionable, nicely furnished, and overlooked the valley.

The room was spacious and well-appointed, offering a comfortable and relaxing retreat after a day of exploration. I also appreciated the delicious food served at the on-site restaurant, considering the secluded location of this place.

We had a great Easter break at this hotel. the free Wi-Fi and parking were a bonus. the location was fantastic, with breathtaking views over the valley. One of the best experiences was the exceptional service provided by the staff. the food was yummy and varied, and they were always happy to accommodate our requests.

The hotel was isolated, and there were no nearby shops or restaurants. As a result, we had to eat at the hotel every day.

Our room had an amazing view, and both the bathroom and service were top-notch. the breakfast menu was extensive and included a variety of options suitable for all guests. the facilities were exceptional, and we especially enjoyed the spa and leisure centre.

The hotel lacked direction in some areas which could have been corrected by effective management.

The staff were really helpful and offered us the best local cuisine. We also enjoyed the wellness services and spa that the place offered, providing a great opportunity to escape from the stress of big city life. Key location facts were easily accessible - shops, tourist attractions, and restaurants were all nearby.

No complaints from our side, but the only thing that they could add was a kids zone or a play area for children. Nonetheless, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it to our friends and family.
